Transport Planner Administrator
A small but expanding innovative manufacturing company have an immediate requirement for an experienced Transport Planner Administrator to join their growing team in Nottingham

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 benefits
Location: Nottingham – NG2 3GG
As Transport Planner Administrator you will have experience in logistics and transport as well as vehicle servicing knowledge and planning.
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in and around logistics
* Proficient in excel and computer literate
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
* Answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
* Booking in deliveries with customers and external couriers and pallets.
* Booking inbound deliveries from European suppliers liaising with the warehouse and hauliers to ensure correct booking slots are given.
* Vehicle tracking and maintenance reports/booking with garage to ensure repairs and servicing schedules are adhered to and driver daily checks are completed thoroughly, reporting back on performance.
* Daily run sheet reports and reconciliation.
* Booking hotels/accommodation for operatives working away.
* Ensuring emails are up to date and requests added into the transport diary where required in good time.
* Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
* Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for this role.
