A leading designer and manufacture of specialist industrial/commercial refrigeration solutions has an immediate requirement for an experienced support engineer to join them at their offices in Hereford.

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 and benefits

As support engineer you will be office based providing technical support to clients and all departments within the company.

This is a key role for the company and they are looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of refrigeration units, catering equipment, HVAC, electrical skills etc and ideally have F-Gas qualifications.

Your role will be to work with the sales team and installation team ensuring all projects are supported and completed on time. You will be able to assist clients with questions and help organise training and speedy repairs when required.

As support engineer it is essential you have superb communication skills and a passion for customer service.

This role may be suitable for someone who has previously installed refrigeration units / HVAC and is looking for a more office-based role.
