An established, award-winning, full-service practice of professional Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers specialising in the Cost Management of Construction and its related activities is looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

In this position, you will be taking on projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion. The projects will vary in sizes typically ranging from £500k to over £5m, private homes, housing association projects, education and healthcare projects.

The role will include traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration and Project Management.

Skills/ Experience

* PQS experience, ideally some Employers Agent experience
* Experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties.
* Knowledge of JCT contracts.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
* Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree.

* Salary Negotiable (£40k-£60k), subject to experience.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Quantity Surveyor, QS, PQS, Cost Manager and be living within a commutable distance of Tewkesbury, Worcester, Evesham, Malvern, Hereford, Ledbury, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Stow-On-The-wold, The Cotswolds or be willing to relocate.
