An established Health and Safety Consultancy with a broad client base across the UK, but mainly focused on London and South East England, are searching for an experienced Health and Safety Fire Door Surveyor London. You will have relevant Fire Door Safety qualifications (FDIS diploma would be preferred) and a demonstrable experience of delivering Fire Safety services as a Fire Door Surveyor / Assessor / Consultant.

As a Health and Safety Fire Door Surveyor London, your role will be to;

* Inspect fire doors for signs of damage, including holes, misalignment, or material degradation, and also check that the ironmongery fitted to the door is fully compliant to the correct standards.
* Meet and liaise with property managers when needed to gain access to properties, collect keys or source fire risk assessments to be read and understood.
* Accurately record all on-site tasks on company software including capturing photos and unique details on each project, to enable a remedial team to accurately price and plan any remedial works.

The role will suit individuals currently working as a Health and Safety Fire Door Surveyor London, Fire Door Surveyor / Assessor, Fire Door Surveyor, Fire Door Assessor, Fire Safety Consultant, Health and Safety Consultant and be living within a commutable distance of South East England – London, Surrey, Kent, Berkshire, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire or be willing to relocate.
