A leading construction and interiors consultancy have an immediate requirement for an experienced contracts manager with principal contractor side experience to join them at their offices in Lichfield.

Salary: Circa £62,000 – £65,000 car and excellent benefits.

As contracts manager it is essential you have a shopfitting back ground with appropriate Principal Contractor side experience (not Client or Consultant) and experience of retail fit out and refurbishment.

It is vital to have previous experience of Retail, Leisure & Fast Track Fitting Out for this demanding role.

* CSCS card, 5 day SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness
* Driving Licence
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Project
* Certificates to a reasonable grade in both Maths and English.
* Previous experience in a similar role

As contracts manager you will have the ability to deliver multiple projects delivered at any one time under framework / Schedule of Rates with Project values typically from £100k – £1m with duration 3 – 8 weeks.

Again, it is vital to have past experience of Retail, Leisure & Fast Track Fitting Out in a similar role.
