A well-established company supply specialised technical solutions to the container shipping industry have an immediate requirement for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join them.

Salary: Circa £125,000 + benefits

Location: Home based, London and Surrey

As Chief Executive Officer you will be the face of the company and develop a mission and strategy to take the business forward in a highly competitive sector.

At this point I can not give too much away but what is essential is that you have extensive

knowledge of the container shipping industry, its data requirements and how tech players operate in this industry.

As CEO you will have:

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a successful track record in “hands-on” management and administration.
* Ideally you have a background in statistics and data handling combined with a high level of numeracy and IT skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication; attention to detail, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Problem-solving, critical thinking
* Familiarity with corporate law and management of best practices

The role will require extensive foreign travel from time to time and dealing with senior level members within the industry.

The role can be partly home based but you must be able to reach London and Surrey when required.
