Salary and benefits £50,000 basic salary, OTE Car Allowance

A well established Sales Training and Consultancy provider, working with clients in over 50 countries, are looking for experienced sales professionals to join the team. The training and services sold are built around an organisation’s specific needs, while experts on the ground ensure that real-world skills are effectively implemented. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant with a focus on New Business development.

In your day-to-day role you will;

* Generate, sell, negotiate, close and secure new business opportunities and achieve monthly revenue targets.
* Conducting meetings remotely and face to face with clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
* Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
* Build firm relationships with prospective clients.

Some skills you might have:

* Proven B2B sales background (ideally within a comparable industry sector – Training / Education, Professional Services or Manufacturing).
* Good negotiation skills and the ability to command respect amongst senior decision makers.
* Enthusiasm, drive and great communication skills.
* Commercially astute and competitive.
* Confident and proactive personality.
* Computer literate with the ability to use and master internal systems and MS Office suite.
* Be able to recognise and demonstrate the benefits of formal sales training.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Business Development Manager, Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, Account Manager, New Business Sales and be living within a commutable distance of Birmingham, London, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Oxford, Bristol, Cambridge – B1 1QU or be willing to relocate.
