A leading Health & Safety Consultancy require an experienced Software Product Specialist to join their growing team. You will work between the Central London HQ and your own home and your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams on large and small scale projects.

As a Software Product Specialist, you will develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the software products along with understanding clients requirements and processes. You will provide customers with training, tailored technical support, provide customer feedback to the business and help develop new ideas with clients to help drive product development. Products include web and mobile applications. Ultimately you will take an active role in developing the business through customer usage and satisfaction.

You will be degree educated with a minimum 2:1 grade, ideally in a scientific, technical or engineering discipline. Your commercial experience should run to several years in a similar role to ensure you have a good level of technical literacy and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues – some software language/coding knowledge would be beneficial.

The role will suit individuals currently working as a Software Product Specialist, Customer Support, Technical Support, Product Manager, Product Expert, Developer, Programmer and be living within a commutable distance of London or be willing to relocate.
