A leading designer and manufacture of very specialised refrigeration units have an immediate requirement for a Technical Support Manager to join them.

Please note this is a technical role and it is essential you have a technical background in refrigeration, mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
As Technical Support Manager your role will focus around supporting the companies Key Accounts, whilst providing support for the Service Support & Service Desk across all business areas. This will encompass the daily management of specific key projects ensuring that reactive works, planned works and support is accurately completed and recorded whilst adhering to specific SLA’s.
As Technical Support Manager you will be responsible for organising and providing specific equipment training to service partners and specific equipment parts management support to the company.
It is essential that you have come from a service background and can deliver the highest level of professional customer support.
This role is very admin/office based and will involve 1 weekend out 4 in the office providing support.
