Seeking an experienced Employers Agent to join a busy chartered surveyors practice with a strong order book of future projects. Ideally, but not essential, experience of housing association and private rent residential sectors.

Role.

Delivery of residential projects from inception to completion with project values ranging from £2.5m to £25m

Projects located with West Midlands and northern South West region.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

The successful applicant will be able to hone their skills to effectively perform as an Employer’s Agent managing build projects from inception to completion,

Person Specification – Essential Criteria (qualifications, experience, skills, qualities)

* University degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a similar construction related subject
* Must have a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience as an Employer’s Agent combined with PM/QS/BS background
* RICS qualified, or similar, e.g., CIOB, MAPM
* Experience in residential development and/or commercial development
* An ability to form and develop client relationships and to seek to develop new business opportunities

The role will suit individuals currently working as Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor and be living within a commutable distance of Tewkesbury, Worcester, Gloucester, Bristol, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Cheltenham or be willing to relocate.
